Flor Martinez is a community activist, organizer, and founder of Celebration Nation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting farmworkers and immigrant families across California.
A former farmworker herself, Martinez has become one of the most visible voices advocating for farmworker rights, food justice, and immigrant communities. Her work focuses on providing resources, raising awareness about labor conditions, and building grassroots movements that empower underserved communities. Through Celebration Nation and her activism, Martinez continues to champion social justice and community leadership.
