Most personal-brand courses start with “find yourself”, which produces brands the founder loves and the market ignores. We reject that. You define the audience first, then engineer the brand from it. It's the same axiom used by Ogilvy, Wieden+Kennedy, and BBDO, built, for the first time, for NAHREP. The chain is the IP: any single prompt is raw material, but the sequence can't be copied. Two weeks to build. Two weeks to execute. 30 steps, wired in order.

WEEK 2: BRAND DNA & MOVEMENT IDENTITY

Last week you found your void. This week you build the identity that fills it, your Big Idea, your voice, your visual system, and the stories that turn followers into a tribe. By mid-week your channel goes live. By Friday you hold a single Brand DNA document you reference forever.

  • MON – LIVE Briefing: Big Idea Discovery - the single contrarian thesis your brand stands on. The most important sentence in the system; everything downstream traces back to it. (10:00AM)

  • TUE–THU – On-Demand / Work: Lock your UVP, Vision, Mission, Manifesto, and Tag Line; choose the archetype your cluster responds to; generate your visual brand; and write your Three Stories. Your channel goes live mid-week.

  • FRIDAY – LIVE Audit: The War Room. We stress-test your Brand DNA and your live channel so your presence commands immediate market respect, not generic “realtor branding.” (10:00AM)

OUTCOME: A live, branded channel + your Brand DNA Document - Big Idea, UVP, Vision, Mission, Manifesto, Tag Line, Archetype, Identity Spine, visual system, the Three Stories, and your 5 Core Messages. You now have everything you need to start posting.

WEEK 1: BRAND DISCOVERY & audience

You don't find a niche - you find a void. Before you film a single video, you excavate exactly who you serve, the wound they carry, where the market is silent about it, and how they actually talk. This is the deepest, slowest week on purpose: nine steps that build one on the next into a complete picture of your market.

  • MON – LIVE Briefing: The Core Axiom & The Business Problem Diagnostic - we lock the one sentence that points your entire 4 weeks at a specific outcome. (10:00AM)

  • TUE–THU – On-Demand / Work: Inventory your lived experience, lock your Founder Authority, name the Cultural Crack and the Audience Wound it left behind, and scan for the Strategic Void only you have the right to claim.

  • FRIDAY – LIVE Audit: The War Room. We pressure-test your named cluster, your psychographic profile, and your Language Matrix so your audience intelligence is airtight before you build on top of it. (10:00AM)

OUTCOME: Your Audience Intelligence Document - crack, wound, void, crystal, a named cluster, a full psychographic profile, and a language matrix that calibrates every word you say from here forward.

WEEK 3: CONTENT PRODUCTION - THE 14-DAY CHALLENGE BEGINS

You don't need all 30 steps to start posting. You have a live channel, your Brand DNA, your Three Stories, and your 5 Core Messages, that's the ammunition. This week the cohort goes active and the 14-Day Content Challenge begins: I post the weekly Brief, you produce your version in your own brand voice, and the whole network drops on the same theme, in the same window. Your first drops pull from the identity work you already locked, so nobody's improvising.

  • MON – THE BRIEF (LIVE): I drop the week's theme, hook angle, format, and drop window — plus the Content Activation Map and scroll-stopping hook architecture. One brief, the whole network. (10:00AM)

  • TUE–THU – THE DROP: Build your pillars, topic library, hook bank, signature format, and daily-driver prompt — then post your first drops on the shared theme and engage every drop inside your strike team.

  • FRIDAY – THE WINS (LIVE War Room): We review what hit, spotlight the breakouts, dissect scripts for conversion, and feed the lessons into next week's Brief. (10:00AM)

OUTCOME: Your 5 Core Messages, a tested daily-driver prompt system, and your first coordinated drops live, posted on a shared theme and amplified by your strike team.

WEEK 4: DEPLOYMENT, NETWORK & MONETIZATION - THE BLITZ

The challenge finishes here. You ship the production systems that keep the channel running, editing, thumbnails, viral titles, captions, your 30-day calendar, then run the biggest drop of the cohort: a coordinated network blitz where the whole network posts on one theme, in one window, amplifying each other in real time. You also lock the Secret Sauce: the Curation Playbook that compounds your authority after the cohort ends.

  • MON – THE BRIEF (LIVE): The final campaign theme + the Curation Playbook - your growth multiplier. The blitz window is set. (10:00AM)

  • TUE–THU – THE DROP & THE BLITZ: Lock your editing and thumbnail process, build your 30-day calendar, stand up your lead-capture page, post your campaign piece in the coordinated window, and cross-engage across pods so the network moves as one.

  • FRIDAY – THE WINS (LIVE War Room): We review the blitz results, your lead-capture flow, and your curation rhythm so your channel keeps compounding after the cohort ends. (10:00AM)

OUTCOME: An operational channel posting 2–3x/week, a 30-day forward calendar, a live lead-capture page, a locked Curation Playbook, and a completed 14-Day Content Challenge executed as a coordinated network.

Your channel growth becomes a network effect, not a solo grind.

  • THE BRIEF (Mondays) - Erik posts the week's theme: the angle, the format, the hook, the drop window. One brief, the whole network.

  • THE DROP (Tue–Thu) - you produce your own version of the theme in your own brand voice and post inside the shared window. Then you engage every drop in your strike team. That engagement velocity is what moves the algorithm, not the posting alone.

  • THE WINS (Fridays) - in the War Room we review what hit, spotlight the breakouts, and feed the lessons into next week's Brief.

Strike Teams: How a swarm scales without becoming noise.

A network can't coordinate in one thread. So the cohort splits into Strike Teams, small pods, each led by a captain. The whole network drops on the same theme and the same window; the committed engagement happens within and across pods. It's how a network fires together instead of scattering.

One action, two outcomes.

Because the Brief gives a shared theme but you execute it in your own voice, a single post builds your individual brand AND fires the coordinated strike. Your own content is the ammunition. Example campaign: Gary Acosta's “The Latino Brand”, a cultural movement to establish Latino identity as a defining force in American culture, with housing as the entry point.

Participation in the blitz is strongly encouraged, it's how you get the most return on your founding membership. But your core build runs whether you join the broadcasts or not.

Most creators grind alone. In the back half of this cohort, you don't. Starting Week 3, the cohort runs a 14-Day Content Challenge on one simple, repeatable rhythm, the same operating loop a real media room runs on
